How many times have you felt tired to do exercises or yoga?  It's time to stop feeling lazy and get off your couch.  Get inspired and exercise or yoga.  It's up to you to watch what you eat. Check your food calories intake daily.  You must eat smaller food portions.  Don't cheat and eat junk food.  The pound will come right back on.  Get motivated and keep pushing yourself every time you hit the gym or workout at home.  Conquer and say, "I can do it!" Anything is possible if you have the perseverance.  You can make a healthy weight loss smoothie to help by boosting your metabolic rate, includes vitamins and nutrients.

Weight Loss Smoothie Recipe

1. 1 cup water
2. 1/2 medium avocado
3. 1/2 cup fresh blue berries
4. 1 table spoon chia  seeds
5. 1.2 table spoon coconut oil (increase to 1 tablespoon over the course of a week)
6. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
7. 1/2 tablespoon honey

I love working out but sometimes it's so hard because my two younger kids, especially my 3 year-old refuse to stay in bed during quiet time, aka workout time. I love your smoothie recipe. Right now my fridge is dead and we're on the lookout for a new one, so I don't have ice around, but I do have all the ingredients besides that. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe and for introducing me to this new line of athletic wear.

I joined the gym in June and been going religiosity which has been great for me. I am staying motivated and been buying some cute gym wear too. Need to check out your recommendation

I have decided to join a gym about a few months ago and have lost about 14 pounds. One of the most important thing I have done is start drinking a lot of water and staying away from sodas.

Thanks for the pep talk! I really need to get in shape. Another decade has past and I just celebrated my 40th birthday, and still no weight loss. It truly is my fault ... too tired or lazy to do anything about it. Maybe some cute yoga pants would do the trick!

I love me a good, healthy smoothie first thing in the morning! The smoothies I make are very similar to yours except, I also add some fresh spinach and a good dollop of turmeric!

I love this! It's so easy to get unmotivated but sometimes you just have to force yourself to get up and exercise. I always end up feeling so much better when I do.

How many glasses of smoothie do you drink in a day? I can drink it at the same with the solid food too like eggs or wheat bread it just so hard to not eating solid food after. I like your gray yoga pants by the way. - Farrah less G.

I've found moderation, calorie counting and portion control to be the big keys to weight loss, along with exercise. I still eat the junk, just not as much and balance it with healthy foods.
