Lose Weight - Turkey Soft Taco Recipe

Are you thinking of eating healthier?  Do you want to lose weight?  The turkey soft taco recipe is simple to make and will help you to lose weight.   You have to stick to healthy foods to help you on your weight-loss. The Turkey Soft Taco is so good.  I can taste the ground turkey, tomato and the crunchiness of the broccoli cole slaw.  The Parmesan Romano cheese and sweet peas gives it a extra kick in taste.  It's just perfect for lunch or dinner.  



Ingredients

1/2 ground turkey
1/2 small can sweet peas
2 Soft taco tortillas
2 Tomato slices
2 long pieces romaine lettuce
2 Spoons broccoli cole slaw - (broccoli, carrots & red cabbage)
2 sprinkles of Parmesan Romano grated cheese



Directions

Add seasonings to ground turkey with Goya Adobo: all purpose season - bitter orange, garlic powder and ground oregano.  Get pan and cook 1/2 ground turkey, add sweet peas, 2 slices of onions.  Don't add any oil onto the pan.  The ground turkey has natural juices and cooks fine.  After the ground turkey is cooked get it out the oven.  Get a plate put the 2 soft tacos, get a spoon, add 3-4 spoons of ground turkey and then divide them on the 2 tacos, add 2 spoons broccoli cole slaw and divide on both tacos, add and cut up romaine lettuce, add tomato slices and divide them on the 2 tacos and last thing 2 sprinkles of Parmesan Romano grated cheese on both tacos.

Cook until ground turkey is brown, cook about, 20 to 30 minutes.  When ready remove from oven.
